Menlo Park resident McLoughlin turns 85

Owner of shoe repair company celebrates birthday on July 4

Joe McLoughlin, a native and lifelong resident of Menlo Park, former owner and operator of McLoughlin's Shoe Repair on El Camino Real and world traveler will celebrate his 85th birthday in July.

Joe's girls invite you to stop by, come and say hello to Joe while he is working at the Lion's Club booth at Burgess Park on Friday, July 4, to wish him a happy 85th birthday. Cake will be served in his honor between 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., or while it lasts!
