Wilson, Bennett wed in Tahoe
Michele Louise Wilson and Brett Willard Bennett were married Sept. 30, 2006, at a ceremony at Ice Lakes Lodge, Soda Springs in Tahoe.Wilson, 37, was born in Palo Alto to Estelle Wilson and the late Ralph Wilson. Her stepfather is Desmond Cockcroft. She earned her master's degree in social work from Boston University, and works as the assistant chief of the Early Start program at Golden Gate Regional Center in San Mateo.
Bennett, 35, was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Jack and Karole Bennett. He attended Indiana University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in accounting. He works as a controller for Syndero Inc. in San Francisco.
The couple honeymooned in Belize and Honduras, where they spent a month scuba diving and exploring. They live in San Francisco.
