Enjoy carrot cake in the shower
Spring is here and to us that means, well, carrot cake. You know, the really good kind with the super creamy cream cheese icing and dense, moist cake? It's the kind that only seems to be around as Easter approaches.Here's a way to indulge without really indulging: Philosophy has a 3-in-1 shampoo, shower gel and bubble bath that smells of - you guessed it - carrot cake. Sure it's $20 and you can only buy it at Nordstrom (which means you are likely waaaay too close to many other fun things you may want to buy). But a portion of the proceeds goes to benefit childhelp (www.childhelp.org). So it's worth the temptation.
Childhelp, founded in 1959, is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to helping victims of child abuse and neglect.
So go ahead, splurge and smell like sweet spring. And contribute to a good cause at the same time. Good for the body and soul.
