Couple announces engagement

Tara Renee Padilla and Anthony Alberto Fletcher announce their engagement.

A native of Phoenix, Ariz., Padilla, 26, is the daughter of Taffey Padilla and the niece of Sunny Padilla. She graduated from the Phoenix Academy of Beauty in Arizona and currently works as a cosmetologist in San Mateo.

Fletcher, the son of David Fletcher and Grace Alicea, was born in Burlingame. He graduated from Burlingame High School, as well as the Arizona Automotive Institute. He also graduated from the College of San Mateo's Fire Academy and lives in San
Mateo, where he is a mechanic and a firefighter intern.

The couple plans to wed on Friday at a private location in Burlingame. They will be attended by Dave Fletcher, Tasha Forgey, Dustin Winn, Serena Saeed, Josh Traxter, Sadana Castillo, Hector Quiles, Nicole Rogers, Jesse Quiles, Lena Horta, Rich Quiles, Angel Larrea and Rob Quiles.

Padilla and Fletcher will honeymoon in Hawaii and plan to permanently reside in San Mateo.
